Great location, short distance to St Andrews, fantastic sea views. Rooms are spotless and lastly Linda and Peter are great hosts, friendly and knowledgable about the surrounding area.

Having stayed at Woodside previously, my wife and I returned in August 2019 for a couple of days and were not disappointed. The accommodation is in a great location with amazing views across the valley. We stayed in the Hayloft room and it could not be faulted. Linda the host is first class, friendly and helpful. Dinner at the Strathkinness Tavern is to be recommended. Travel in to St Andrews is easy and takes a short time.

Every aspect of these self-catering apartments is so brilliant that following our week-long stay two months ago, & ahead of our visit again next month (for eight nights), my wife & I decided to have a five night holiday last week. We have been visiting Woodside (previously Knockhill Farm B&B) once or twice a year since 2015 & Linda Wood continues to be the perfect hostess. Highly recommended.

Perfect place to stay when visiting St Andrews We stayed here for two nights. The apartment was spotless and the beds were comfortable. Linda is the perfect host and gave us brilliant tips to eat and see whilst in the area This is one of the best self catering holidays we have stayed at and I would highly recommend.

The farm was the perfect location to explore the local countryside and the delights of St. Andrews. The accommodation is beautifully presented and the views are an absolute treat. Beds were super comfy and the bathroom had a great shower. We can’t recommend too highly – thank you for a great stay!

My wife and I returned to Woodside (previously Knockhill Farm B&B) in July this year and were not disappointed. Linda, the host is friendly and welcoming and the standard of the accommodation is as good as always. All the rooms have great views and are very spacious. Nice refreshment trays with fresh milk every day. Comfortable beds and huge showers. Lovely peaceful location with lots of parking. Definitely recommended.

Me and my partner have just spent a weekend at these farm holiday apartments, we booked to attend a wedding and planned to stay two nights to make a weekend of it, we are so glad we did, this venue is stunning from the beautiful rooms, with perfect facilities, extremely comfortable bed and lovely views. Linda was the perfect host, so friendly, accommodating letting us check in early for our wedding -10/10. I would recommend this venue to anyone considering it, you will have a enjoyable stay. What a great place to stay! Just a five minute drive to St Andrews town centre and the golf courses. We stayed in the Tack Room which was a wonderfully presented large, one-bedroom self-catering apartment with the bedroom upstairs on a mezzanine floor overlooking the lounge. It had big picture windows which enjoyed fantastic views towards the sea. The bathroom was basically a wet room with a lovely walk in shower and everything was spotlessly clean. The well appointed kitchen was at the rear of the lounge and there was a table and chairs to sit down for meals. The lounge had two sofas and a flat screen tv on the wall. Linda, our host, met us shortly after we arrived and was lovely and had already recommended restaurants for us which were wonderful. I would really recommend staying here.
