Stay in one of our holiday apartments, or for a group celebration, you can book multiple apartments. Our converted barn accommodates up to 14 guests across 6 apartments, all sharing a beautiful garden. When you reserve all 6 apartments, you’ll also enjoy complimentary access to our spacious party room and commercial kitchen.

Festive holiday accommodation

Book a break this Christmas or New Year at Woodside. In our converted barn, we offer six self-catering apartments: The Smithy (sleeps 4), The Byre (sleeps 2), The Stable (sleeps 2), The Tack Room (sleeps 2), The Hayloft (sleeps 2), and The Granary (sleeps 2). In our secluded woodland area, we also have The Hide (sleeps 2). Each apartment has self-catering facilities, with everything you need for a relaxing festive getaway. Our accommodations are available to book throughout December and provide the perfect base to explore St Andrews and Fife on a festive break.

Everyone together for Christmas

Across our 6 apartments in the barn, we have space for up to 14 guests. So you can get the whole family together for this special time of year, staying side by side. Each apartment features a private entrance, one or two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, a living area, and a kitchen. There’s also a shared garden where everyone can gather. What’s more, when you book all 6 apartments, you gain exclusive access to our spacious party room and commercial kitchen at no additional cost. The room comfortably seats up to 30 guests, making it an excellent venue for a Christmas dinner or party. You’ll need to arrange your own catering and any other suppliers.
